Mackenzie principals have operated in Romanian and South-East European real estate since 2003 — originating, financing, and managing property projects, and advising institutional principals on complex transactions. They have advised institutional partners, including multilateral banks and institutional-sponsored vehicles. Since 2025, that domain knowledge has been directed into a single product: Linkstone.

Real Estate

Origination, financing, and management of real estate equity across residential, hospitality/resort, and mixed-use assets in Romania, since 2003.

Advisory

Strategic and special-situations counsel to private equity funds, banks, and institutional investors navigating complex or contested positions, since 2006.

Venture

Selective seeding of early-stage ventures where the Group's regulatory, financial, and market expertise gives an edge, since 2025.

Equity investments of approximately EUR 12 million are currently advised (as of 2026) across several real estate projects/SPV, with potentially over EUR 100 million in total development value. Over EUR 50 million capital was fundraised and/or advised by Mackenzie and affiliates, since 2007. Mackenzie continues to originate and manage real estate projects, and to advise institutional clients. Mandates are held on behalf of third-party owners and investors; Mackenzie acts as manager and adviser, not as principal. A limited number of advisory mandates are held at any time, by design.

Sorin Panturu, Founder — over two decades in property investment, development, and advisory across Romania and South-East Europe, with institutional and multilateral counterparties. Now leading Linkstone's build. Several other partners have been involved and/or have key roles in various projects.

Mackenzie Group has seeded Linkstone, an early-stage venture applying its property and financial data and verification expertise to a large, underserved European market.
