Sorin is a Romanian, business-development oriented professional with experience in retail real estate development and advisory since 1998, with 5 years spent in the international business environment. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Ion Mincu Institute of Architecture in Bucharest and an EMBA from the Romanian-American School of Business (part of the Institute of Business Administration in Bucharest ASEBUSS), program organized in cooperation with University of Washington, Seattle.

Currently Sorin develops and oversees Mackenzie Group’s strategic options to expand into Romania real estate private equity field – with the goal of increasing equities under management or advisory (from 20MilEur/2007 to 100MilEur/2010) and diversifying markets and investor base.

Before setting up Mackenzie Capital Group in 2003, Sorin worked for four years for TK Development, the largest Danish real estate development group, as country manager for Romania putting together 4 large shopping center contracts (land acquisition and zoning of multi-hectare land plots), and before that, as a freelance consultant or affiliated with Colliers International, Sorin attended to a wide variety of real estate development clients.

Razvan Mosoiu - COO of Mackenzie Capital Group

Razvan is a Romanian, business-development oriented professional with experience in the IT and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods markets since 1992, with 14 years spent in the international business environment. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University Politehnica of Bucharest and an EMBA from the Romanian-American School of Business (part of the Institute of Business Administration in Bucharest ASEBUSS), program organized in cooperation with University of Washington, Seattle.

Before joining Mackenzie Capital Group as a full-time employee, Razvan held several top-level management positions in Digital Equipment Corporation, Compaq and Hewlett-Packard. For the past 6 years Razvan was holding the position of Country Manager for the Personal Systems Group of Hewlett-Packard Romania, with sales exceeding of 80 MUSD on the domestic market.

Razvan was one of the founders of the Mackenzie Capital Group in 2003 and member of the management board since.

In total Mackenzie Group employs a team of 10 people, specialized in real estate investment, financing, marketing and operations, and it is outsourcing professional services towards a team of experienced providers:
