Projects

• A residential building in the northern part of Bucharest – Mackenzie Residence (finalized and sold) www.urbanscapes.ro;
• A project of holiday houses within 5 ha with an opening on the Black Sea Shore (Mackenzie Black Sea) – under zoning;
• A mixed-use development project (hotel, spa, and holiday residential) of about 30,000 sqm in center of Poiana Brasov resort ( Mackenzie Mountain Apartments and Spa) – under planning;
• An out-of-town villas compound on 3 ha by the lake ( Mackenzie Corbeanca Villas);
• A project of 350 units of apartments within a residential complex of approx 45,000 sqm built ( Mackenzie Baneasa Apartments) on zoned land for residential acquired, under re-planning leveraged with a local bank.

Mackenzie was also instrumental in the sale / lease-back of the Praktiker Brasov outlet towards the Irish investor Ballymore Properties and is currently managing the asset in on behalf of the owner.

In addition, the Mackenzie Group does land banking (recent multi-hectares acquisitions in Bucharest suburbs and 20ha outside Brasov) and yield deals, while exploring and evaluating new investment opportunities in Bucharest and large cities.
