Sorin Panturu is a Romanian, business-development oriented professional with experience in real estate and investment advisory and management since 1998, with 15 years spent in the international business environment. He holds an MBA cum laudae from the Romanian-American School of Business ASEBUSS (program organized in cooperation with University of Washington, Seattle) and graduated the Accelerated Development Program at University of Chicago - Booth School of Business. Before setting up Mackenzie Capital Group in 2003, Sorin worked for four years for TK Development, the largest Danish real estate development group, as country manager for Romania.

Razvan Mosoiu is a Romanian, business-development oriented professional with experience in the IT and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods markets since 1992, having 17 years of senior management experience in IT and financial sectors and more than 10 years of investment experience. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University Politehnica of Bucharest and an MBA summa cum laudae from the Romanian-American School of Business ASEBUSS (program organized in cooperation with University of Washington, Seattle). Before joining Mackenzie Capital Group full-time, Razvan held several top-management positions in Compaq and HP, including 6 years as Country Manager for the Personal Systems Group of Hewlett-Packard Romania. Razvan was one of the founders of the Mackenzie Capital Group in 2003 and member of the management board since.
Dan Ghita joined Mackenzie Capital Group as Regional Director in 2007, after having been a renowned operator in regional media in Brasov since late 1990s. Dan has also founded in 2003 and co-manages since a group of media, events and advertising businesses in the Transylvanian region, attending to a wide variety of multinational corporate (such as Lukoil, OMV Petrom, Coca-Cola, Raiffeisen Bank, GSK, Mercedes Benz, etc.) and public customers (Romanian Olympic Committee, local councils, etc.). Since 2011 Dan has become an executive partner in Mackenzie Capital Group.
